If you are traveling to Budapest for two days, you came to the right place! This itinerary for two days in Budapest will help you explore everything this beautiful city has to offer in just two days!

Budapest is one of the top cities to visit in eastern Europe. It’s rich in culture, has beautiful architecture, and is relatively cheap compared to other European cities. You can also get around speaking English if that’s a concern for you. However, it’s always smart and polite to learn a few phrases in the native language too. In this case, it’s Hungarian.

Budapest Two Day Itinerary

Where to Stay for Two Days in Budapest

Budapest is separated in two parts, divided by the Danube River. You will want to stay on the eastern side of the river. That’s where you will be spending the majority of your two days as there’s more to do and see over there.

Depending on your budget and travel style, you’ll want to stay in either an Airbnb, hostel, or hotel. Accommodation is fairly cheap in Budapest, so choose the one that is best suited for the way you like to travel and your budget.
